Fortune Teller upgrades: For 3000$ the Fortune Teller can upgrade your Sugar Overkill. He will randomly choose for you: 
- You can point your Ultra-Laser at any direction.
- Your Ultra-Laser's damage is increased by 2 instead of just 1
- Your Ultra-Laser also damages portals.
